• First time exam and echocardiogram - $495 - increasing to $515 on March 1, 2024
• Recheck exam and echocardiogram - $395 -  increasing to $415 on March 1, 2024
• Electrocardiogram (ECG) - Brief - $25/Extended - $65
• OFA auscultation only - $50/dog - minimum of 6 dogs and maximum of 8 dogs per 1 hour appointment time. Please e-mail Dr. Siemens if you have fewer than 6 dogs.
• OFA auscultation and echocardiogram - $350 for 1 dog, $475 for 2 dogs, and $600 for 3 dogs per 1 hour appointment time.
• Please have OFA paperwork filled out prior to your appointment and bring it with you.
• HCM screens - $300 for 1 cat, $400 for 2 cats, and $450 for 3 cats per 1 hour appointment time.
• Prices for other diagnostics and treatment will vary depending on the hospital.
• If other tests and medications are needed that are not directly related to your pet's heart disease, please obtain them from your pet's primary care provider.
